The service we received from the driver was exemplary. We were late arriving in Orlando and when we arrived at the office where we were to pick up the keys to the villa, it was closed. We had not brought mobile phones with us but our driver quickly and efficiently sorted everything out for us. He also made sure we were able to gain entry to the villa before leaving us.

He was prompt, helpful, caring and certainly played a part in the success of our holiday.

I had the privilege of working with two of your employees. Both of your employees were extremely professional at all times of our trip. When I called forinformation, you answered all my questions and followed through with an email. When I called to make the reservation, again you answered any more questions I hadand sent an email to confirm everything. My phone calls were always returned when I had to leave a message.

The service was great. When we arrived at the airport, the driver was there waiting and the vehicle was big enough to hold all our suitcases. When we were pickedup from the cruise line, the driver was there on time and was very pleasant and helpful.

I found this service to be very reliable and reasonably priced. We were greeted by our driver at the airport. He had already checked where the luggage was coming in and assisted us in carrying the bags to the vehicle. The vehicle itself was very clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. The driver was very friendly and offered information on the area. Our pick-up for the return journey to the airport was just as pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend this service and I would be happy to use it again!
